Our plans are meant to make sense for a business and their needs. The biggest difference in our plans comes from the size of a website & its utilizations. If a website has payment processing, multiple plug-ins, ecommerce capabilities, & more – then it takes more time to make sure certain plug-in updates don’t conflict with themes, etc.

The Twofold Base and Exclusive hosting plans are for websites only built by Twofold. This pricing is available because they utilize plug-ins and tools we use on a daily basis, allowing us to make changes quicker and easier.
Your dedicated specialist is your key point of contact who communicates tasks, estimates timelines, and is there to provide general consultation for things such as new wordpress version releases and how they will impact your website. They’re the specialist who will also manage your 2 hours of large website changes per month, or 4 hours depending on which plan you select.
For the Dedicated Support Plan, this will also be the point of contact for ticket submissions and completions, turnaround time estimates, help with website changes and updates, and more.
YES! Design is an important part of making changes and executing a website strategy. Your dedicated specialist will work our team and designer to make sure the changes are what you were hoping for, and will even assist in revisions & changes until it’s perfect.
We will work you directly to communicate the estimated time to complete a task, and if you’re wanting something that exceeds the hours allotted, we can just move to hourly billing after! ($75/hour for design, and $125/hour for development and integration)
Of course, we will always communicate time estimates down to 15 minute intervals, and won’t move forward without final approval from you.
For both plans, you will have a dedicated support board and private submission form for all tickets. When a ticket is submitted, you can let us know urgency and details of the request. We will notified immediately of any tickets submitted.
Your dedicated specialist will be in touch same day if the request requires further understanding.
No it does not! Your dedicated hours of large website changes are separate entirely, and will only be used on special tasks you request. The full website support is separate.
Unlimited website changes are restricted to just simple on-page changes, such as image changes or text changes.
Large website changes include items such as brand new pages, plug-in integrations or new plug-ins, landing pages, etc.
Even if you don’t utilize your hours per month, we’re always proactive in updates, upgrades, and more to make sure your website exceeds the industry standard.
Hours don’t rollover month-to-month, but if a tasks exceeds your plan hours, you can either opt for billable hourly or we can utilize multiple months hours for a single task.
We’re have a no contract, cancel anytime policy. We are confident in the value we provide for your company, and feel that a lock-in policy contradicts that.
If you ever feel like our services aren’t meeting your needs, then you shouldn’t be forced to pay out a long contract.
Currently, we only support WordPress websites. These are our specialty, and where we can provide our absolute best service.
