What's the main difference between your plans?
Our plans are sized to a business and its needs. The biggest difference is the size of the website and what it does. If a site has payment processing, lots of plugins or ecommerce, it takes more time to make sure plugin updates don’t conflict with the theme.
Not sure which plan fits? Talk to us first. After a look at your site’s backend, we can tell you which plan will benefit you most.
What does the dedicated support specialist help with?
Your specialist is your main point of contact. They communicate tasks, estimate timelines, and advise on things like new WordPress releases and how they’ll affect your site. They also manage your monthly hours of website changes.
On the Dedicated plan, they’re also your contact for ticket submissions and completions, turnaround estimates, and website changes and updates.
Do large website changes include design?
Yes. Design is an important part of making changes and executing a website strategy. Your specialist works with our designers to make sure the changes are what you hoped for, and handles revisions until it’s right.
What if I need a large change that goes beyond my monthly hours?
We’ll give you an estimate up front. If it exceeds your allotted hours, we move to hourly billing: $75/hour for design and $125/hour for development and integration.
We estimate time down to 15-minute intervals and never move forward without your approval.
How do I send requests for changes?
Through your client portal. Submit a request any time, mark how urgent it is, and attach files. We’re notified immediately, and your specialist will be in touch the same day if we need more detail.
Does monthly support use my allotted hours?
No. Your hours for website changes are completely separate and only used on tasks you request. Hosting, updates, backups and security are always included.
What's the difference between unlimited edits and large website changes?
Unlimited edits cover simple on-page changes, like swapping images or editing text.
Large website changes include brand new pages, plugin integrations or new plugins, landing pages and similar work.
What happens if I don't use my hours in a month?
We’re always proactive with updates and upgrades, so your site stays above industry standard either way.
Hours don’t roll over month to month. If a task needs more than your plan’s hours, you can pay hourly, or we can combine several months’ hours for one task.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is no contract, cancel anytime. We’re confident in the value we provide, and a lock-in contract contradicts that. If we’re not meeting your needs, you shouldn’t be stuck paying out a contract.
Do you support other CMSs besides WordPress?
Not currently. WordPress is our specialty and where we do our best work.
