The first challenge Twofold Media faced was helping DelBrenna overhaul their operations, both in-store and online. Before, DelBrenna was doing all in store sales via square, and managing online orders through Wix. Their inventory was disconnected, so there was a lot of manual work taking place to keep their operations going.
We helped by combining all of their sales pipelines into one great solution: Shopify. We managed their inventory imports, photos, descriptions, and built a great website around their jewelry.
Once the Shopify build & inventory overhaul was complete, the next step was improving the customer experience, or what we call “the little things”.
When you’re goal is to convert new audiences into customers, the little things matter the most. For DelBrenna, this included:
For DelBrenna, we wanted to maximize the value of their ad spend while also making their email marketing automated. This included email welcome sign-ups, abandoned cart recoveries, back-in-stock notifications, product review emails, & more.
When you spend ad money on product marketing, you want to maximize your ad spend and stretch the dollar as far as you can. Email marketing & automations increased their conversions, and made their ad spend more lucrative.
Once the website was complete, and all of our automations in place, the next move was to start advertising their products on Facebook, Instagram, & Google. We integrated their product catalogs on all of these selling channels and helped in the creation of retargeting ad sets, lookalike audiences, & more.
We continue to manage their website and digital advertising, and are confident in the growth of their new online business in 2021!
We aimed to take our client to the next level, and leave the doors wide open for a bright future in growing not only their online store, but their brick & mortar too. We provided a solution that keeps all of their operations in one place, and allows them to focus on what is important in their line of work: the customer. We will continue to work with DelBrenna on future marketing for their business!
