The Challenge
KEATING Inc. approached us with the need to unify and elevate their digital presence. Their previous web experience lacked cohesive branding, failed to serve multiple audience types effectively, and offered limited scalability for content management.
Our challenge was to create a scalable design system, introduce clear user segmentation for two very different audiences, financial services clients and independent financial advisors, and implement flexible backend structures to accommodate their growing team, multiple locations, and financial advisor firms. In short, KEATING needed a custom-built solution that looked great, worked smart, and supported their vision for long-term growth.

01. Plan
How We Defined the End-User Experience
Before jumping into design or development, we dove deep into understanding KEATING’s business model and the distinct needs of their two primary user groups. This discovery phase included stakeholder interviews, content audits, and mapping user journeys. We also evaluated their existing digital footprint to plan a smooth migration. From this phase, we outlined the strategic foundation for audience segmentation, content architecture, and the technical requirements needed for a modern, flexible site.
02. Design
Custom Designs & UI/UX Experiences
Designing for KEATING meant crafting a visual identity that conveyed professionalism, trust, and clarity — while still feeling accessible to both individuals and advisors. We created a comprehensive design system and brand styling guide that informed every element across the site.
Each page received a custom layout, thoughtfully tailored to its purpose — whether it was introducing team members, sharing blog insights, or guiding financial advisors toward partnership opportunities. The mobile experience was prioritized equally, with custom navigation and intuitive interactions throughout.
03. Development
Custom Built and Responsive on All Devices
From a technical standpoint, the site was fully customized from the ground up. We built custom data structures for team members, locations, and affiliated financial advisory firms, enabling the KEATING team to manage complex content with ease. The blog received a polished single post template and a curated archive layout for discoverability. Our developers also implemented a custom header, footer, and mobile menu, ensuring consistency and usability across devices. Key integrations were added as needed to support form submissions, scheduling, and lead generation.
04. Launch
A New Website Experience
We executed a seamless launch by replacing KEATING’s previous site with our new build. This included redirect mapping for legacy URLs, ensuring SEO integrity and a smooth user experience. We connected the site with Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, integrated ReCaptcha v3 for form security, and finalized everything with SSL certification. With these foundational pieces in place, the new KEATING Inc. website went live — faster, smarter, and ready to scale.
