BUCS Analytics empowers businesses by consolidating complex internal data into real-time, decision-ready insights. But their previous website lacked the sophistication, scalability, and clarity needed to reflect the power of their platform. We were tasked with designing and building a modern, enterprise-grade website spanning over 100 pages — complete with a secure client portal, case study system, and dynamic blog. The site needed to communicate trust and technical precision to C-level audiences, while offering an intuitive, modern UX that mirrored the simplicity and impact of the BUCS product.

01. Plan
How We Defined the End-User Experience
We began by understanding the data challenges faced by BUCS clients — CFOs, controllers, analysts, and IT teams working with fragmented systems and siloed reports. We mapped the user journey across industries and roles to ensure content spoke directly to the real-world pain points of data overload, inefficiency, and poor visibility. This informed a sitemap and messaging strategy that guided users from problem awareness to product clarity. We also scoped a content structure that could support scale, including flexible landing pages, gated assets, and use case storytelling.
02. Design
Custom Designs & UI/UX Experiences
BUCS needed a digital identity that felt both tech-forward and human-centered. Each of the 100+ pages was individually designed to prioritize clarity, credibility, and conversion. We created a clean, modern visual system that highlighted key differentiators — including real-time reporting, fast deployment, and data consolidation — using bold typography, infographics, and interactive animations. The design was structured to lead with value and guide the user through a thoughtful narrative of problems, solutions, and proof. The overall UI emphasized efficiency, mirroring the platform itself.
03. Development
Custom Built and Responsive on All Devices
We developed the site on a custom WordPress framework built for performance and flexibility. Key features included a client portal for gated access to resources and dashboards, custom post types for case studies and blog content, and interactive animations to support storytelling throughout the site. The backend was configured for content reuse, scalable landing page creation, and SEO optimization. A custom global header, footer, and mobile navigation were built to create a seamless experience across devices, while analytics tools and tracking were integrated for ongoing data collection.
04. Launch
A New Website Experience
We launched the BUCS Analytics website with full SEO and performance optimization, including SSL encryption, GA4 and Search Console integration, and ReCaptcha v3. All animations, portal access, and gated content functionality were fully tested and deployed. With its new digital platform, BUCS is now positioned to attract, convert, and support data-driven businesses across industries — with a site as sharp and efficient as the insights they deliver.
