The Challenge
Mailbox Directs specializes in high-quality cluster mailboxes for apartment complexes and managed communities — but their old web presence lacked the clarity, professionalism, and functionality needed to support their lead generation and sales goals. We were brought in to design and build a modern, conversion-focused site with 25+ pages, including product and category post types, a seamless online checkout experience, and account functionality for active orders. The core goal was to earn trust, clearly present catalog pricing, and make it easy for property managers and developers to browse, quote, or purchase.

01. Plan
How We Defined the End-User Experience
We began by understanding the needs of Mailbox Directs’ core audience: property managers, HOAs, and developers making large-scale purchasing decisions. These users needed clear product specs, transparent pricing, and the ability to easily request quotes or place orders online. We mapped key user flows — from browsing products to creating an account or initiating a purchase — and structured a site architecture that could support product discovery, education, and conversion. We also ensured the site would support SEO for long-tail product and industry-specific searches.
02. Design
Custom Designs & UI/UX Experiences
The design needed to feel sharp, trustworthy, and easy to navigate — helping users get what they need quickly without friction. Each page received a custom layout, from category overviews and product details to the blog and contact forms. We used clean lines, ample white space, and a muted color palette that aligned with the B2B audience’s expectations. Pricing visibility, feature highlights, and trust signals were strategically placed throughout the site to increase conversion confidence. Whether visitors were browsing the catalog or managing orders, the site kept the focus on clarity and ease of use.
03. Development
Custom Built and Responsive on All Devices
We built the site on a fully custom WordPress framework, integrating post types for Products, Categories, and Blog Posts. Each product includes key specs, pricing details, and imagery to support decision-making. The site also supports user accounts, active order tracking, and a streamlined online checkout. A global header, footer, and mobile menu were rolled out to create a consistent experience across devices. The backend was built with flexibility in mind, allowing the Mailbox Directs team to update content, pricing, and categories as needed.
04. Launch
A New Website Experience
We launched the site with all key systems fully operational — including checkout functionality, secure user accounts, and product catalog indexing. SSL was activated, ReCaptcha v3 was added for secure form submissions, and both GA4 and Search Console were connected. The final result is a clean, conversion-ready platform that allows Mailbox Directs to build trust, showcase their products, and scale their sales across the property management industry.
